OLD DELHI -After breakfast leave for a city tour of Old Delhi. Visit-: Raj Ghat where father of nation, Mahatma Gandhi was cremated (1948 AD), Red Fort (1639-48) built by builder of Taj Mahal – Shahjahan and famous for its delicately curved inlaid and marbled Royal Chambers, Jama Masjid (India’s largest mosque – built of red sandstone and white marble by Emperor Shahjahan in the 17th Century. Three sides of the great courtyard are boarded by the delicate cloisters leading out of three gate way the northern way of the mosque leads on to this once Imperial Avenue down which rode lavish cavalcades.

NEW DELHI Visit-: Humayun Tomb(1565AD) aptly called predecessor of Taj Mahal, built by the wife of Humayun, Haji Begum in the mid 16th century, this red sand stone structure is considered to be the predecessor of Taj Mahal. The structure is one of the best examples of Mughal Architecture. Humayu's wife is also buried in tomb.

Day – 2 DELHI / AGRA (203Kms ,4-Hours drive) Leave Delhi for Agra (203 kms 4 Hrs.) by Surface AGRA
Agra is famous as the home for one of the Seven Wonders of the World – Taj Mahal. The architectural splendor of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces in Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal Empire. Agra was their capital for nearly hundred years from 1564. Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble & soapstone by artisans who are hereditary craft persons. Arrival check in at hotel

TAJ MAHAL: : Pm:visit The Taj Mahal the inimitable poem in white marble. Built over a period of 22 years by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaj Mahal to enshrine her mortal remain it is one of the seven modern wonders of the world. Later.

AGRA FORD: The Agra Fort, built by three Mughal Emperors starting from the Akbar the great in 1565 AD, which is master piece of design and construction. Day – 4 Delhi / Bangalore (By AIR, 2 Hours and 40 Minutes)
After breakfast Leave Delhi for Bangalore by Domestic Airline. On arrival meet and greet by our representative at air port and transfer to your hotel Evening free for your leisure.

Day - 7 Bangalore / Cochin (By AIR, 1 Hours and 10 Minutes)
After breakfast Leave Bangalore for Cochin by Domestic Airline. After arrival meet and greet by our representative at air port and transfer to your Hotel .Evening free

Kochi or Cochin is a beautiful city in the state of Kerala. Situated in the Ernakulam district, the city is one of the main seaports in the country. Kochi now comprises of Ernakulam, Old Kochi and Kumbalangi. Also referred to as the "Queen of Arabian Sea", history of Kochi goes back to the period, when the city was an important spice trading route on the Arabian coast. Kochi was the capital of the Portuguese till 1530, and it remained the seat of an eponymous princely state for many centuries. Due to arrival of people from different parts of the world, Kochi has been a meeting point of different cultures and traditions. Now a major commercial centre of Kerala, Kochi presents a perfect blend of tradition and modernity.

Day -8 Cochin / Thekkady / Periyar (158 Kms , 3-1/2 Hrs)
Morning drive to Thekkady. On arrival check-into the resort. Afternoon visit the tea-cardamom plantations. Over Night at Hotel

Day – 9
Morning sight seeing in Thekkady visiting Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Murikady, Pandikkuzhi etc. Boating through Periyar lake will be ever memorable one

The Periyar wildlife sanctuary is another great excursion option from Kumarakom. Spread in an area of 777 Sq Kms, the wildlife sanctuary is known for its diverse flora and fauna. Though a tiger reserve, the sanctuary is more popular for elephants. An elephant ride inside the sanctuary adds a lot of thrill to the visit.There are some tribal villages around Periyar, which are worth a visit. The tribal people are expert fishermen and farmers. Some are still engaged in the traditional practice of collecting honey of dangerous hill bees. They have built interesting tree dwellings.

Day -10 Periyar / Kumarakam (180Kms & 4 -1/2 Hrs)
Morning drive to KumarakomOn arrival check-into the wildlife resort. Afternoon with Indian Horizons orthinologist visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary. You can spot King fisher, Wood peeker, Drongo, Egrets, Bee-caters etc.

This 14 acres island on the backwater of Kerala is basically a major backwater destination. The place is simply packed with mangrove forests, paddy fields, coconut groves. Kumarakom Sanctuary has got beautiful rivulets and waterways. The scenic Vembanad Lake surrounded by mangrove forests and paddy fields is one of the best places for bird viewing inside the sanctuary. A large population of feathered species along with a pleasant climate make it a great picnic spot in Kumarakom. Day - 12 Kumarakom / Alleppey
After breakfast, board in Houseboat, sightseeing and cruises to Alleppey. Overnight at Houseboat. (Traditional Kerala food will be served). The houseboats are giant country Crafts, measuring up to 80 feet length. It took great skill and meticulousness to construct these giants by tying huge planks of jack wood together, without the use of a single nail. Today these are the most exciting tourism product in India, which usually has one or two bath rooms, an open lounge, deck, kitchenette and a crew comprising oarsmen, a cook and guide. Day-13 Alleppey / Kovalam (175 Kms /04 Hrs)

Kovalam is located at a short distance of 16 kms from capital city of Trivandrum. Other than its backwaters, Kovalam is also known for its beach which ranks as the finest beach of Kerala. These three crescent beaches are the major tourists’ attractions. Also enthusiastic swimmers can enjoy by swimming deep into the water. The beaches provide spectacular views of sea and romantic sunsets. The flashing lights of the lighthouse at the southernmost beach offers fascinating scenes at night. There are also several ayurvedic centers that are becoming popular day by day among domestic as well as foreign tourists.

Drive to Trivandrum to take your flight for your own destination.
